Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Absolutely. We use encrypted payment gateways and never store your financial details.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, within 3 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (see Refund Policy).

Q: What if my item is damaged/defective?
A: Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos/proof. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
